A lot of people are beginning to noice that my account on X is suspended (possibly permanently). It was my second account there & I made it in 2012. It wasn't a huge following since I tailor & curate the experience I enjoy there by mainly sifting through new followers & blocking any that don't align with me. The block list I curated will be most missed. While I do have several other accounts there, I'm not currently able to change the username to anything new on them.

I suppose now is as good a time as any to announce that I've been working in secret on a project that would essentially give me a soft rebrand. Same name, same contact info & same me but more polished on my socials. I've been thrilled with a studio membership to perfectly capture my content on my own paired with my pro shoots that is more me. It's got perfect lighting for crisp clear photos & is far more matching of my aesthetic plus I can shoot as much as I like when I like. Previously, I was limited to just date photos, gym selfies & out & about things because my home space just wasn't giving the kind of high quality selfies I wanted.

Something else I've been chewing on for about a year now is the need providers seem to have for fans and twitter clout. I've never enjoyed popularity online, I am popular in real life. Why would an escort need fans at all but more importantly why would a middle aged soccer mom of mediumish looks need more followers than an A list actress or famous model?

We don't. To me, having tons of views that aren't adding up to equal monetization is pointless. I don't enjoy being watched for years & I don't consider those with ongoing para social relationships with me to be serious admirers unless they are proving it paired with financial support. There are those who support, book, send gifts & make real plans with us and then there are the countless rest who just feed off of the kindness our real supporters bring. You'd think relying on other patrons and snatching up as much free content and attention as possible would bring shame upon your family and their camel but sadly it does not.

For years now, especially since fosta sesta, escorts and adult content creators have been urging everyone to find your favorites elsewhere. Social media is fine, when you aren't been shadow banned or deplatformed every now and then. Find our blog entries, find out paid fan sites, find our newsletters.. the things we actually have more control of & work hard to make in case we lose our accounts on non friendly stages.

Last night, I went outside and screamed bloody murder (and someone out there did scream back haha, I love Atlanta). I took some breaths, composed myself and decided to look more at this as a positive than anything. I've been steadily working hard to bring more traffic to my own site through these blogs and really working on having more and more amazing content than ever. I'd been dreaming of a break from lurkers and a fresh start. I never imagined one completely from scratch, but the timing and flow of it all is actually ideal.

For now, I'm taking a break until after Thanksgiving at least (not from clients but from the online rat race this has all become). I upgraded my ads to top tier placement which is how I would prefer anyone find me first. I got my photo membership paid too. In an effort to replace the traffic I'm losing, I had to invest in myself and I do hope that it pays off. Having to cancel a whole tour from being sick was already a big hit this month, being deplatformed didn't help. I know I'll be fine though and I am choosing to trust the ever evolving process. I'll post on blue sky (@originalar there) or Insta (@poetryinlace) occasionally but mostly do my weekly blogd. I'll keep working on what my ideal social scape will look and feel like through the self shot content I'm putting together, the outfits, the captions, the topics for joyful banter. In a few weeks I will launch it and show everyone what I've been up to but I do think people should book in real life, enjoy what I do have on offer right here & have an opportunity to actually miss me from time to time.

Just remember to keep our info, tomorrow is never guaranteed in the never ending fight of spicy workers against algorithms and bans. Take care of your adorably problematic faves & be mindful of what it takes for us to get ahead.

Xoxo your banned babe in Atlanta
