Scheduling and booking with me can be so easy breezy! I understand that it can be confusing or daunting, especially for newcomers. I am happy to help you navigate. Do relax, I am a professional after all (wink). Please note that no details or scenarios will ever be discussed prior to screening completion. I will never contact you first or unprompted. This may seem staunch, but this is for mutual safety and security. Even if we are talking prior in the day or have plans, it is your responsibility to reach out first always (this is for your own security and privacy). Discretion does go both ways so please be aware of your own digital hygiene when it comes to correspondence. Please note that either a deposit for the package you have selected or the virtual consultation fee must be paid before we establish any plans and I will not accept any phone calls that are not paid and scheduled ahead of time. Random phone calls and voice messages prior to screening are always ignored and deleted. Text & phone call packages are available, I do not spend time chatting with anyone I do not already have an arrangement with and anyone who is not screened or known to me. This helps me secure my calendar and make any arrangements prior and give attention to clients who are on my calendar fairly.
Screening & Deposit Are Mandatory
For many years, safety and privacy for all parties has been my top priority. My policies are firmly in place to ensure this. Screening can be done via text, email or booking form to ensure your comfort and privacy at all times. 25% deposit is required to secure all reservations in my calendar.

References
I do not accept references for my own screening methods but I am happy to provide one reference per meeting within 3 months of our last meeting. To receive a reference, you must contact me first to ensure that all contact between parties is approved. This is for your safety and privacy.
Refunds
Life Happens! In the event that I need to reschedule or cancel, the option to receive an immediate refund or reschedule is available. Timeline/dollar amount per transaction depends on the payment method(s) used, banks and payment processors but clear communication at all times will be provided during the process. In the event that you need to cancel or reschedule, a reschedule first is offered. For tour dates, no refunds are given if the client cancels & cannot reschedule. For local meetings, partial refund will be given if cancelation notice is given 48 hours or more in advance, an incall fee will be kept. There are no refunds for virtual consultations or custom requests.
Rescheduling/ Advanced Scheduling
Bookings can be made up to 6 months in advanced unless the desired calendar date is spoken for. Deposits are good for up to a year in advance for reschedules. Reschedules are preferred & two attempts per 6 months are allowed with advanced notice and planning. Please be respectful of my personal and business calendar when requesting a reschedule or lengthy booking, I do my best to accommodate my home and work life. Patience is required at times but much appreciated!
