Cooler temps, haunting decor.. what more could be desired? Well, lots actually!

I've been hanging out close to home to monitor family situations with my grandfather's ailing health. I pulled way back on my film and stage gigs (October is generally my busiest month for that since I do horror and sideshow burlesque for creepy events). In exchange, I've been craving more local things to do.

A restaurant in town that serves comfort food called Eats is finally closing this month after 33 years as a staple in Atlanta. I enjoy sitting in the window there to people watch or watch traffic on rainy evenings. That part of town isn't as cozy anymore, but the company and food there are always warming. I'm hoping to get a date or two in over there before it's gone for good. Another event to consider is of course a taco festival October 11th, if you're bold.

Dinner dates and picnics are a couple of my top favorites for October but I also enjoy cemetery walks (in your city or mine), farmer's market strolls or just staying in the sheets in a room high above the city to take our time together nice and slow.

I do have a couple of trip ideas on the map for tour dates. Charlotte may or may not happen since I decided to bow gracefully out of a gig that decided at the last minute wasn't going to pay their performance artists for the event. I would still love to visit you there if you are considering a rendezvous though! Asheville is always nice this time of year for just about anything so I'd love to come visit. I also like supporting their local economy when and how I can since Helene. I've been curious to see if there's a hike to be had. It is cabin season too, but I still prefer the Ellijay+Blue Ridge area or Helen if anyone is considering an escape. Leaf looking and yoga, breweries or vineyards, pumpkin selecting or just a hot coffee with a view are nice and dreamy.

I've got a new feature coming out in Hustler this month too! This one is of course Halloween themed & may also feature photos of my year round home decor from my oddities, curiosities and Southern Gothic collection. If they choose to skip the home decor part, I will be sure to make an entry about it here for those who enjoy a sneak peek into my world.

I did shoot another 6 looks professionally with Bonjour Boudoir on October 1st. Those images will be returned and sorted sometime this month. I do have the option to buy the raw files from this shoot so if you are interested in a collection of them I will be able to sell a few of them for your own viewing pleasure. I did shoot my holiday set already, along with my yoga set, several lingerie looks and a more elegant dinner worthy look. I decided to put away the zany or overly creative looks this time in favor of some classic poses and styles that capture pieces I actually wear when I'm with you. I do hope they are enjoyed since I was pretty sore all over after this shoot.

My halloween plans are pretty family friendly this year but I did stop by Mary's for some dancing and to enjoy Scary Mary's decor they put up each year. They do a great job. My lord, the drinks are strong in the village though! The gay crowd really throws down at the bar and on the dance floor.

If anyone local wants to have me on their arm for a Halloween costume party or night of fright, do call me..I always love getting to be a sexy (insert hot girl costume here).

Xoxo
